Vacuummash JSC

Joint Stock Company “Vacuummash” is the largest enterprise producing vacuum equipment in the Russian Federation and the CIS countries.

Over the 75 years that have passed since its foundation, vast experience has been accumulated, which allows Vakuummash JSC to develop and manufacture both serial products and single samples of special, and most often unique, vacuum equipment for various industries, scientific research, and medicine.

However, we strive not to rest on our laurels and constantly improve our work in order to meet rapidly changing market conditions.

In order to maintain the high status of the leader of the “vacuum” market in Russia, the process of developing new and modernizing existing samples of vacuum equipment is constantly ongoing.

A working group has been formed, the main purpose of which is to restore the leading position of Vakuummash JSC in the steam injection pump segment.

In order to optimize the development and manufacture of complex vacuum systems, coating plants, pumping stations, an engineering center was created - JSC "Vacuummash".

A lot of work is underway on the technical re-equipment of production. A new modern foundry was put into operation, which will ensure the production of high-quality castings. The procurement production was modernized, two hydroabrasive cutting units were purchased, which significantly reduced the time and cost of manufacturing products. Several units of machining centers and CNC machines were purchased.

To ensure that the level of manufactured equipment meets market requirements, in order to survive in a global competition, Vakuummash JSC has successfully implemented and operates a quality management system that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001. For the first time, certification was carried out in 2003 by Intertertika TUV together with “ T Ü V TH Ü RINGEN ”(Germany), and in 2006, 2009, 2012, 2015, 2018, recertification audits were successfully conducted.
