LLC Perm Oil Engineering Company

Perm Oil Engineering Company LLC (PKNM LLC) was established in 1993 and manufactures and provides after-sales service for equipment for drilling oil and gas wells.

The structure of the group of companies includes PKNM-Ural LLC (production of drilling equipment), PKNM-Service (inspection and repair), PKNM LLC (sales of products). "Geoplast-PKNM" (the sale of telemetry equipment created jointly with the company "Geoplast Telecom"). There are two service centers in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - PKNM-Singapore and PKNM-Poikovskoye.

PKNM partners and clients are not only regional or federal industry companies, but also international ones. Among the Russians, these are PJSC Lukoil, OOO Gazprom Burenie, NK Rosneft, the drilling company Eurasia and others. The equipment produced by the enterprise was delivered to Mexico, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.

Technological specialization: processing of deep holes (up to 18 meters long, diameter from 14 to 250 mm); manufacture of precision tubular parts (cylinders).

Basic technologies: deep drilling; boring; rolling out; honing.

Additional specific processes: hardening of tubular parts up to 20 meters long; ion vacuum nitriding of internal surfaces of cylinders up to 5 meters long; spraying; surfacing of wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant coatings; hardening of threaded surfaces with plastic deformation; phosphating.
Scopes of technologies: petrochemical, nuclear, aviation, shipbuilding industries.

Serial production: weighted (UBT), thick-walled (TBT), leading (VBT), non-magnetic drill pipes; drill pipe sub and branch pipes; inspection and repair of steel drill pipes of all types; well sucker rod pumps (SSHN) and additional devices to them (lock supports, gas separators, filters, sludge traps, automatic couplings, etc.).

Since 2015, PKNM, together with the Ufa-based company Geoplast Telecom, began to actively develop the telemetry line.
