SPC "Lightning" JSC is one of the leading companies working in the field of non-destructive testing of metal and welded joints, technical diagnostics and industrial safety expertise of hazardous production facilities. Employees of the company participated in the creation of products of increased complexity, developed and implemented a fundamentally new concept to ensure their quality and reliability at all stages of the life cycle using methods and means of non-destructive testing and technical diagnostics. At the same time, a technology was created to assess the technical condition of these objects, which is based on the relationship between the results of non-destructive testing with the residual resource.

SPC “Molniya” JSC has licenses to carry out an examination of technical devices, buildings and structures, to diagnose the linear part of pipelines, compressor and pumping stations, tank farm structures, including their corrosion protection, and to review project documentation for development, construction, expansion, reconstruction, technical re-equipment, conservation and liquidation of a hazardous production facility.

The Scientific and Technical Center "Lightning" has implemented a quality management system developed in accordance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2008.

The Laboratory of Non-Destructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics of JSC SPC Molniya is certified in such areas as boiler monitoring facilities, gas supply (gas distribution) systems, lifting facilities, equipment for the oil and gas industry, equipment for explosion and fire hazardous and chemically hazardous industries.

The main types of non-destructive testing used in the laboratory are: ultrasonic, visual and measuring, acoustic emission, magnetic, penetrating substances, radiation, eddy current, vibration diagnostic, thermal, electrical, as well as methods for controlling the physical and mechanical properties of materials.
