Volzhsky pipe plant

Volzhsky Pipe Plant was founded in 1970. VTZ produces seamless pipes for the oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, automotive industries, for mechanical engineering, heat power engineering, large-diameter spiral-welded and longitudinally welded pipes for the construction of gas and oil pipelines.

In 2009, a new modern site for the production of longitudinal welded pipes with a large diameter of 508-1420 mm was commissioned (equipment supplier is Haeusler, Switzerland). The site produces pipes for oil and gas pipelines, including subsea, oil and gas pipelines, general pipelines, pipelines for heating networks and nuclear power plants. VTZ steelmaking complex fully meets the needs of the enterprise in steel pipe billet. VTZ pipes are manufactured in accordance with international standards API, EN / DIN, ASTM, Russian standards and technical specifications.

The company's products are supplied to both Russian and foreign consumers.

VTZ quality and environmental management systems are certified for compliance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The company has an energy management system certified in accordance with international standard ISO 50001: 2011, and a health and safety management system certified in accordance with with the international standard OHSAS 18001: 2007.
