United Metallurgical Company (OMK)

The United Metallurgical Company (OMK JSC) is one of the largest Russian producers of metal products for leading energy, transport and industrial companies. OMK is a comprehensive supplier of products for the extraction and transportation of gas and oil. It produces pipes for various purposes, railway wheels, sheet metal, pipe fittings, pipe fittings, springs.

OMK includes five large enterprises in the metallurgical industry: Vyksa Metallurgical Plant (JSC VMZ, Nizhny Novgorod Region), Almetyevsk Pipe Plant (JSC ATZ, Republic of Tatarstan), Trubodetal Plant (JSC Trubodetal, Chelyabinsk Region), Blagoveshchensk Valve Plant (JSC "BAZ", Republic of Bashkortostan), Chusovskaya Metallurgical Plant (JSC "ChMZ", Perm Territory). In November 2019, the Carriage Repair Company - 3 became part of OMK.

Among the main consumers of OMK products are leading Russian and foreign companies: Gazprom, Russian Railways, LUKOIL, AK Transneft, Surgutneftegaz, Rosneft, Sibur, ExxonMobil, RoyalDutch / Shell, General Electric , Samsung, KamAZ, GAZ, MAZ and others. OMK products are supplied to more than 30 countries.
