The diversified enterprise "COMPLEX 1" was founded in 1991 by teachers and researchers of the road faculty of the Rostov Civil Engineering Institute, who for a long time were engaged in the development and implementation of information technologies in various branches of transport. The initiator of the creation of the enterprise and its permanent leader was the candidate of technical sciences Robert Vladimirovich Lee.

One of the main activities of the company is the production (Plant) and assembly of steel collecting tanks. Thanks to their many advantages, they have conquered the market as highly hygienic, durable, easy to install, maintain and transport.

Another direction of the enterprise's activity is new technologies in the repair and maintenance of highways. The experience of European countries in this industry was studied: Germany, Spain, France, as well as the Republic of Korea. With its own funds, the company purchased in 1996 a modern imported marking machine based on a truck and began production of horizontal marking in the Rostov region. Currently, the company is equipped with a large fleet of marking machines for marking with paint and machines for marking with thermoplastic and spray plastic. The company independently assembles marking machines for its own use. Works are carried out in Rostov and other regions. There is a plant for the design and manufacture of road LED signs, solar power plants and autonomous lighting systems using the most modern technologies.

The company has two production and warehouse bases with an area of over 40,000 sq. m., an office in the center of Rostov-on-Don, a modern trade and exhibition center.
