The company CJSC "Company of auto trailers" (CJSC "CAPRI") since 1993 has been developing and producing high-quality reliable vehicles for the transportation of oil products and other liquid and bulk substances.

The main product range includes:

• semi-trailers-tanks for transportation of light oil products from steel and aluminum alloy of constant and variable cross-section;

• semi-trailers-tanks for transportation of dark oil products, both conventional and thermally insulated;

• superstructure of tanks on the chassis of vehicles for transportation of dark and light oil products made of steel and aluminum;

• semi-trailers-tanks and tank trucks for transportation of methanol.

In addition to the main nomenclature, the plant produced products for individual orders:

• semitrailer-tank with a water cooling system and its saturation with oxygen for transportation of live salmon fry;

• semi-trailer tank with a lifting tank with a volume of 18 cubic meters. for transportation of cement;

• thermally insulated tank semitrailers with a volume of 24 cubic meters. for 40% sulfuric acid;

• thermally insulated tank semitrailers made of stainless steel with a volume of 25 cubic meters. for transportation of molasses (5 units);

• timber and container carriers.

• Together with the French company Titan Aviation, a model of a stainless steel aircraft tanker was developed. The released equipment was exported and today it works in Africa.

• Together with the Finnish company Eurotank, a line of high-class tank semitrailers has been developed and produced.

The CAPRI plant has an OTTS for the following types of vehicles:

• 4-axle semi-trailers for oil products;

• 3-axle semi-trailers-tanks for oil products;

• 2-axle semi-trailers for oil products;

• tank trucks based on KAMAZ 65115-A4;

• tank trucks based on KAMAZ 43118;

• tank trucks based on Mercedes-Benz Actros;

• tank trucks based on Scania.

As well as certificates and certificates:

• Certificate of accreditation in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements No. RA.RU.312163 for the verification of measuring instruments.

• Certificate of type approval of measuring instruments No. RU.C.29.004.A No. 66682 for tank semitrailers manufactured by CJSC "CAPRI"

• Certificate of compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents for the maintenance and repair of vehicles No. DS AT RU.OC 016. TO3773.

• Certificate Quality Management System No. SDS.PSS.SI9.0633 in relation to the types of work on the design and production of vehicles, machines and mechanisms meets the requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001: 2008)

• The system of voluntary certification of welding production personnel, specialists in non-destructive testing and destructive testing was developed by the Self-Regulatory Organization Non-Profit Partnership "National Agency for Welding Control" (SRO NP "NAKS")

A special feature of KAPRI tanks is the suitcase shape. The production of such tanks is much more complicated and requires more qualified personnel than the production of round tanks, therefore, most European companies produce semi-trailers with a round tank, while the deterioration in the running characteristics of semi-trailers is compensated by the high quality of European roads. The suitcase shape allows you to significantly lower the center of mass, which increases the stability and controllability of the vehicle. The low dead weight and excellent driving characteristics that distinguish the CAPRI technology are the fruit of many years of developing the optimal shape of the tank. These indicators are confirmed by field tests.

Development of working documentation is carried out using the modern three-dimensional (3-D) design environment Autodesk Inventor. This makes it possible to assess the weight and strength characteristics of the developed equipment already at the design stage.

The most modern CNC equipment is used in the production of CJSC KAPRI:

• installation of plasma cutting VANAD for billet and cutting of metal of any complexity;

• sheet bending machine ERMS;

• four-roll rollers of the Italian manufacturer DAVI;

• horizontal band saw WAYTRAIN.

CAPRI annually invests a significant amount in the purchase and modernization of equipment.

All CAPRI production equipment undergoes a double leak test, which eliminates rejects.

Designers have extensive experience in developing complex machines and solving non-standard problems. All welders have NAKS certificates. The production complex is able to quickly reconfigure for the manufacture of any equipment, which allows taking into account the individual requirements of the Customer.

The CAPRI company is marked in the Golden Book of St. Petersburg. She is a participant in international programs aimed at improving the safety and efficiency of transportation of petroleum products, and is a member of the Leningrad Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
