INGC

INGK has been developing and producing since 2010: Reciprocating and screw compressor units (PKU / VKU), Mobile compressor units (MKU), Gas compressor units (GPA), Gas turbine power plants (GTES), as well as basic elements and assemblies for other Russian and foreign GPU manufacturers.

Staff:

Currently there are over 500 employees. All welders are certified by NAKS. All managers and specialists have higher professional education, including candidates of science. The size of the workers meets the requirements of technological processes for the manufacture and testing of products.

Design Bureau (KB):

The enterprise has its own design bureau of 52 people. The bureau's specialists develop design documentation in accordance with TU, GOST, and API. The design bureau of the company has developed technical specifications for the gas compressor unit of the Irtysh series, which has certain technical and design advantages over the existing line of units.

There are 24 patents and utility models for the Irtysh GPA.

INGK's production potential:

We carry out production of a full cycle of design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, control and maintenance work, commissioning, service, provision of spare parts, warranty and post-warranty maintenance of gas compressor units and control units of various capacities.

The capabilities of the INGK production site in Perm make it possible to produce: 20 GPU and 16 PKU per year on the basis of compressors and drives of both domestic and foreign manufacturers.

In order to expand the capabilities of its production, INGK LLC has begun the active phase of construction of its new production workshop on the territory of its plant in Perm, which will allow it to double production in 2021

We are partners of leading foreign and domestic manufacturers of compressors and drives: Thermodyn, NuovoPignone, Siemens, Solar Turbines, Baker Hughes, Dresser-Rand, Cameron, Ariel, CAT, etc.

Product quality control:

INGK has implemented and is effectively operating a quality management system (QMS).
Since 2014, the company annually confirms the compliance of its QMS with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001.
In 2019, the company confirmed the compliance of the QMS with the requirements of STO Gazprom 9001-2018 and ASME.

SMR, PNR and Service

INGK specialists carry out a full range of works on commissioning the supplied equipment (including control and commissioning work and commissioning) and its subsequent maintenance: service, provision of spare parts and consumables.

Results of work

More than 70 compressor units, of which: 50 - reciprocating, as well as 6 1 Gas-pumping unit with centrifugal compressors.

More than 20 regions of supply, including countries of near and far abroad (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Congo, Cameroon, etc.).
