Closed joint-stock company "MALEN" has been a manufacturer of high-quality valves for pipelines of all purposes for more than 25 years.

CJSC "MALEN" was founded in 1994 by the GGH "LENGAZ" and the German company "MANIBS Specialarmaturen", the main purpose of the company was to produce a high-quality and reliable product in the Russian market of shut-off and safety equipment.

Over the years, CJSC "MALEN" has established itself as a reliable supplier of high-quality valves in Russia and neighboring countries. The company's products have been installed and successfully operated on pipelines in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, Karelia, Novgorod and Pskov Regions, Dagestan, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other regions.

To date, CJSC MALEN has mastered and is practicing serial production of shut-off valves for pipelines of all purposes with a working pressure of up to 10.0 MPa:

Ball valves (KSh) with a diameter of 15 to 500 mm,

Insulating connections (SI) with a diameter of 15 to 500 mm,

Isolating ball valves (KSHI) with a diameter of 15 to 500 mm,

Ball valves without well installation (KShp) for underground pipelines with a diameter of 50 to 500 mm,

Installations of UVG type for connection of new pipelines to existing networks without pressure reduction.

The products manufactured by MALEN CJSC comply with GOSTs of the Russian Federation, ISO 7121-36, as well as STO GAZPROM 2-4, 1-212-2008, and also have the appropriate certificates and permits for use.

The company is moving along an innovative path of its development, applying innovative solutions, a quality management system, automation of metalworking, assembly and welding of fittings. The designers of the company, taking into account the advanced experience of various manufacturers and relying on their own developments, continue to improve the design of ball valves in order to ensure its maximum reliability.
