Buildings with Chassis Undercarriage

The building has a metal frame assembled by welding from profile pipes. Wooden bars of the walls, roof and foundation joists are attached to the frame. The external cladding of the building is made of steel sheet thickness. Internal cladding is made of MDF panels with a front surface imitating wood texture or, depending on the purpose of the building: PVC panels, MDF boards, laminated chipboard panels, lining, profiled or galvanized sheets. Floors are made of plywood of increased moisture resistance thickness or cement particle board, covering - linoleum. The thickness of the insulation depends on the climatic zone of operation. A vapor barrier layer is laid under the internal cladding. The windows are plastic with double or triple glazing, with blinds and a mosquito net. Interior doors: hinged, sliding doors. The external door is metal, insulated, refined on the inside with a linear lock for sealing the door leaf rebate. The electrical circuit is equipped with an RCD and voltage regulators. The electrical wiring of the buildings is made with copper wire in cable channels. Centralized or autonomous water supply. Heating with oil electric radiators. The buildings are installed on a tractor chassis trailer. The transportation speed is 35 km/h on public roads, and off-road transportation is also possible. The buildings are manufactured in three standard sizes by width: 2.4 m (vehicle transport clearance), 2.6 m, 2.8 m and three standard sizes by length 6.2 m, 8 m and 9 m. The height of the building on the chassis is 3.64 m, without the chassis trailer - 2.35 m. The maximum mass of the equipped building (with the chassis trailer) is 9000 kg. It is possible to manufacture buildings on a frame and on sleds.
