Quickly Erected Warehouses

Design and characteristics of a prefabricated warehouse:

• Frame . The strength of the structure is achieved by a frame consisting of I-beams and integrally welded sections of metal trusses made of rectangular pipes.
• Walls . Depending on the purpose of the warehouse and climatic conditions, the walls can be made of sandwich panels or profiled metal sheets. A sandwich panel can contain insulation and soundproofing material of varying levels of protection, as well as double-glazed windows and entrance groups. Profiled sheeting is used in more budget warehouses, without serious requirements for insulation.
• Roofing . Unlike capital construction, the roof of a prefabricated warehouse can be soft, membrane or made of rolled steel. In most cases, mineral insulation or more modern material is used.
