SKAT-S Coriolis Mass Flowmeters

Direct measurement of mass, volume, density, temperature, and flow rate of liquids and gases. 1 Wide measurement range. The Coriolis flowmeter lineup measures liquid and gas flow rates in mass units from 80 kg/h to 2,500 t/h with an accuracy of up to 0.1%. The lower measurement limit of each size is no lower than 1:20 of the upper limit of the measurement range. 2 Wide range of standard sizes. A wide range of standard sizes and sensor housing designs allows the use of Coriolis flowmeters in virtually all process operations related to the operational and process metering of any liquid and gaseous media in any industry. 3 High reliability. Due to the absence of moving parts subject to natural wear, the service life of Coriolis flowmeters is at least 15 years with a 4-year interverification interval. Applications of the SKAT-S flow meter: Industries: chemical, food, pharmaceutical, utilities, oil and petroleum product metering. Innovative assembly technologies have increased measurement accuracy and reduced the cost of the Coriolis mass flow meter. The flow meter is used to measure the flow of gasoline, liquefied gas, kerosene, diesel fuel, oil, fuel oil, water, and any other liquids at operating pressure and temperature. Certification: SKAT flow meters are registered in the State Register of Measuring Instruments of the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan and can be used for any metering operations, including commercial ones. The flow meters are certified in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 012/2011 "On the safety of equipment for work in explosive environments", TR CU 010/2011 "On the safety of machinery and equipment", TR CU 020/2011 "Electromagnetic compatibility of technical equipment" and have a permit for the use of technical devices in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
