BENTOKON "Super BK Premium" is an easily dispersible, high-viscosity bentonite of the highest grade, with a fineness of grinding (75 microns). An analogue of the foreign "Tunnel Gel+*. BENTOKON "Super BK Premium" increases viscosity, regulates the volume of water loss and gelling of water-based drilling fluids with low salinity. It is used to obtain BR with a low content of the solid phase. BENTOKON "Super BK Premium" increases the dynamic viscosity of water-based BR, reduces the filtrate volume, forming a thin low-permeability filter cake and improves the removal of drill cuttings from the well. BENTOKON "Super BK Premium" is used in aerated drilling fluids. Main advantages: - improves wellbore stability in poorly cemented sands and gravel; - economical product in "one bag"; - dynamic shear stress is twice that of conventional bentonite (OCMA, API).

Recommendations for adjusting the properties of drilling mud: add bentonite powder slowly at a constant feed rate through a high-speed jet mixer, mixing the entire volume of drilling mud in one or more cycles until the bentonite powder is completely dissolved; to increase the dispersion rate and the yield of drilling mud from one ton, it is necessary to soften the water with soda ash (1.2-2.4 kg/m³).
Recommended doses of bentonite powder depending on drilling conditions:
- 20-32 kg/m³ for normal conditions;
- 40-60 kg/m³ for poorly cemented sand/gravel;
- 15-19 kg/m³ for liquid when lubricating microtunneling.
