Demulsifiers

Demulsifiers are designed to destroy water-oil emulsions, as well as for the traveling demulsification at a low emulsion temperature, reduce the amount of oil in the produced water. In addition to dehydration, demulsifiers exhibit a high desalting effect, as well as an effect of paraffin inhibition. They work effectively both when fed into the collection system and at oil treatment facilities. We carry out the selection of the demulsifier directly at the facility, which allows to reduce the dosage and increase the effectiveness of the reagent. Demulsifiers are a mixture of block copolymers based on alkylene oxides, oxyalkylated alkylphenol formaldehyde resins, polyesters.
