The DIZOL anti-wear additive is designed to improve the lubricating properties of diesel fuels without changing their other characteristics. It is added to fuel to protect the rubbing parts of fuel injection systems, the high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP), and other critical components of the diesel engine fuel system from premature wear by forming a protective film on the metal surface. DIZOL anti-wear additive is available in two grades and, depending on the grade, is either a mixture of high-molecular carboxylic acids (DIZOL grade KK) or a product of the interaction of fatty acids and polyhydric alcohols in a solution of aromatic hydrocarbons (DIZOL grade ZhK). Application: DIZOL anti-wear additive is added to diesel fuel at a rate of 50-500 g/t. The dosage depends on the composition of the diesel fuel and is determined through laboratory testing. Delivery: DIZOL anti-wear additive is supplied in metal drums with a capacity of 200-250 dm3. Transport by heated rail and road tankers is permitted. The guaranteed shelf life, provided storage and transportation conditions are met, is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
