HXJ135 Off-shore Workover Rig

The HXJ135 offshore workover rig is designed for marine environments and features high reliability, strong wind resistance, and good anti-corrosion performance. It meets high explosion-proof requirements and achieves zero pollutant emissions. The rig supports diesel engine, DC, AC, hydraulic, and compound driving modes. The diesel engine includes explosion-proof modifications for hazardous areas. A modular base structure with sliding rails allows longitudinal and transverse movement on platform decks for cluster well operations. All major components such as the drilling platform, base, derrick, winch, and control systems use modular design and comply with offshore platform classification society requirements. The drawworks employs a single drum with hydraulic disc brakes as the main brake and pneumatic options for auxiliary braking. The mast can be tower type or sectional, lifted by hydraulic cylinders, and treated with marine-grade anti-corrosion coatings.
