Developed in response to customer feedback and leveraging insights from our patented PDC Fixed Blade Cartridge, the PDC Fixed Blade Integral Stabilizer combines advanced laser-clad stabilizers with enhanced PDC cutting surfaces from the Redback PDC cartridge. This tool features standard stabilizer attributes, including spiral blades for superior flow compared to straight blades and full-length blade contact. The laser cladding provides exceptional durability and longevity, with the added benefit of being rebuildable if gauge wear occurs. Designed as 1/8” undersize, this stabiliser meets customer demands for bi-directional cutting action while ensuring optimal flow efficiency in challenging drilling conditions.
