SBCF Static or Bogie Chamber Furnace

The SBCF (Static or Bogie Chamber Furnace) is a large industrial chamber furnace designed for heat treatment applications. Available in three chamber sizes: 800 x 800 x 800 mm, 1200 x 1200 x 1200 mm, and 1500 x 1500 x 1500 mm. Maximum operating temperature of 1100°C. Features radiant floor and heating elements on four sides, allowing the chamber to be used in 1 or 3 temperature zones for applications requiring excellent temperature uniformity in compliance with AMS 2750F. 3-zone control equipped with 1 x programmable EPC3008P1 and 2 x EPC3016 slaves with setpoint retransmission. Free radiating coiled wire elements on four sides and low thermal mass insulation for high energy efficiency. Ideal for steel and alloy heat treatment, ceramic sintering, and aerospace thermal processing.
