The TSM AC Drawworks are designed and built for optimum performance and reliability in oilfield drilling operations. The compact, lightweight, and robust designs operate smoothly and efficiently using high-quality components backed by technical support, service, and warranty. The torque arm/shrink disc design results in a compact, modular footprint with minimal sensitive alignments. Gearing quality meets AGMA 12 minimum and is designed to AGMA 6010-F97 standards. Dynamically balanced assemblies provide smooth vibration-free operation. Drawworks ratios are carefully selected to achieve industry standard hook speeds and hook loads. The equipment includes instrumentation hook-ups to monitor oil temperature, oil flow, oil pressure, drum/AC motor speeds, and positioning. All equipment is suitable and adaptable for many rig applications and retrofits. API 7K monogrammed drawworks components with SR2 rating are available.
