Glycol Dehydrator (Standard Units / HI-CON™ High Concentration Units / Type "S" Packaged Units)

The BS&B Glycol Dehydrator removes water vapor from natural gas streams to prevent hydrate formation and operational problems. Standard units are designed to achieve dew point depressions of 65°F, resulting in outlet water contents below 4 lbs/MMscf. The efficient tray-type absorber design ensures maximum gas-to-glycol contact and minimum glycol loss. High Concentration Units (HI-CON™) are guaranteed for dew point depressions in excess of 140°F and use a patented "Superconcentrator" with stripping gas to achieve glycol purities as high as 99.95% TEG. Type "S" Packaged Units are specifically engineered for low flow rates up to 5 MMSCFD and feature counter-current gas-to-glycol flow in a packed column. The regenerator system features an airtight design that reduces corrosion and saves fuel. The high efficiency burner achieves 70% thermal efficiency. The system includes a reliable temperature controller, efficient glycol heat exchanger, and quality accessories for trouble-free operation.
