Automated Control Systems

In accordance with the purpose, process control systems are manufactured in 2 classes:

• local systems (control systems of the first level) for control and regulation of technological parameters of certain types of equipment, sections, lines;
• dispatching systems (second-level control systems) for collecting and processing information from local control systems, generating reporting documentation for the work performed (by types of operations, volumes, time, etc.) and creating a database and recording products, certification of pipes.

Functionality

• management of technological processes and equipment within the framework of local control systems;
• monitoring the condition of equipment and compliance with the technological regulations for a separate operation;
• documentation of the progress of the planned tasks of pipe repair, the formation of reporting data, a database;
• the formation of pipe suspensions from repaired pipes along the length, taking into account the strength categories and classes of pipes, certification of pipes;
• issuance of necessary documentation on paper media and accounting of issued documents.

• compatibility with external networks of any standard;
• flexible configuration of structural diagrams of control and data processing systems;
