Installation for Hydraulic Testing of pipes

About 80% of the installations used for hydraulic testing of pipes at the pipe bases of oilfield service companies of the Russian Federation and the CIS were manufactured at our enterprise.

The range of plants developed by our company covers the range of pipes tested from 48 mm to 325 mm in diameter, both smooth (without thread) and threaded, with a maximum working pressure of up to 1000 atm.

Especially for hydraulic testing of tubing with a diameter of 48 to 114 mm hydrostatic pressure up to 750 atm. Our company has developed the UG-500 installation, which has been mass-produced since 2006.

To test the tightness of the threaded pipe-coupling connection of the tubing, we developed the UGS-1000 installation, which is installed in production lines for the production of tubing tubing from pipe billets.

Each installation includes:

- Test bench with loading - unloading mechanism;

- Pump unit with hydraulic equipment;

- Pneumatic equipment;

- CCTV system;

- A control system with a computer complex for collecting and storing information;

- Crimping kits (the nomenclature is specified when ordering )

Technical Features and Benefits

The plant control system is based on an industrial controller with the ability to exchange information with a top-level control system. The control system includes a computer system that provides visualization of the crimping process ( on-line mode draws a graph for each pipe ), the formation of a database, reporting on the operation of the site.

Installations can work in automatic, semi-automatic and manual (commissioning) modes.

The control system easily adapts to the conditions of the Customer (layout, operation algorithm of the site where the installations are located).

The original design of crimping kits provides a high resource sealing cuffs, low operating costs.
