MODIFICATIONS

AVGUR-T-I - for control of welded joints and base metal in measuring mode

Automated ultrasonic testing of ring and longitudinal welded joints and base metal with determination of the geometric dimensions of defects and their three-dimensional visualization.

• The AUGUR-T system ensures the conduct of AUSC of welded joints of austenitic pipelines at oil refineries.

• The AUGUR-T system provides for the automatic control and testing of under-lining welded joints of welded tees with overlays on the gas pipelines of PJSC Gazprom.

• The AUGUR-T system implements a time-diffraction (TOFD) control method with the ability to connect up to eight pairs of piezoelectric transducers. Various types of scanning devices are supported, all necessary TOFD data processing methods are implemented.

AUGUR-T-ERR - for control of the base metal in express mode

High-performance automated ultrasonic testing of the base metal for fixing defects located at a considerable distance from the ultrasound input point (up to 2 m) in the base metal up to 40 mm thick.

Identified defects of the base metal: stress-corrosion and other types of cracks, inclusions, pitting corrosion, delamination, scratches and cuts
