Device for Controlling gas fire Extinguishing Installations (AIST)

PPKPU 4/16 provides the following types of fire protection:

• Modular automatic fire extinguishing systems;
• Centralized automatic fire extinguishing installations;
• Fire alarm;
• Combined type of protection.

The device is built on a functional-modular address structure and consists of PPKPU 4/16 and functional addressable devices.
Each addressable device is connected to the signal lines of communication PPKPU 4/16 and performs strictly defined functions.

Addressable devices PPKPU 4/16:

• 
  UPT fire extinguishing device - performs the functions of protecting one zone, both in modular and centralized automatic fire extinguishing installations. It controls 3 loops of a fire alarm, a weighing device, a pressure switch, buttons for restoring automatic mode and remote start, the door position of the protected room. Manages the launch of a modular fire extinguishing installation, light and sound warning and engineering equipment, in accordance with the fire extinguishing algorithm;
• Station device UST - performs the control functions of 8 fire-extinguishing station start-up devices, with the possibility of their configuration for organizing the output of the necessary mass of extinguishing agent in a given direction, monitoring the weight device and pressure gauge in central fire extinguishing installations;
• Remote control device UDU - performs the functions of controlling switchgears in centralized fire extinguishing installations or controlling engineering equipment in a fire alarm system;
• UPS fire alarm device - performs the functions of a fire alarm. It controls 4 fire alarm loops.

The device is resistant to external electromagnetic interference of 3 degrees of rigidity according to GOST R 50009 and NPB 57-97 and the level of generated radio interference corresponds to class "B" according to GOST R 51318.22.

Power supply of PPKPU 4/16 is carried out from the alternating current main - 220 (-33 / + 22) V and with a frequency (50 ± 1) Hz;
Power supply for addressable devices is provided from PPKPU 4/16 or from an additional backup power source. The voltage of the addressable devices is 24 ± 4 V.

PPKPU 4/16 meets the requirements of the Technical Regulation on fire safety requirements (Federal Law No. 123-F3 of 07.22.2008) and GOST R 53325.

PPKPU 4/16 meets the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union:

• TR TS 004/2011 “On the safety of low-voltage equipment”
• TR TS 020/2011 "Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means"

PPKPU 4/16 is certified in the first category of seismic resistance according to NP-031-01, as well as in safety class 3H according to NP-001-15 with seismic effects of 9 points and MP3 according to the MSK-64 scale when installed above the zero mark up to 70 m inclusive .
