DIESEL GENERATOR 6 KW (220 V) IN THE CASING

CONSTRUCTION :

Mounted on a steel frame with vibration mounts:

6 kW diesel generator, consisting of:

• primary two-cylinder diesel engine of water cooling with mechanical speed control of AZIMUT 2R180D, volume 1.84 liters and rated power 16 kW, with an industrial muffler and a standard radiator cooling unit,
• AZIMUT Z164BI synchronous brushless 1-phase generator with a rated power of 6 kW, output voltage of 220 Volts, with automatic voltage control,
• control cabinet with circuit breaker and HGM6120 controller with liquid crystal display,
• set of batteries,
• a steel fuel tank is integrated into the frame design,
• All-weather soundproofing mounted on the frame.

PURPOSE:

A diesel power station with a 6 kW diesel electric power station in the casing is used as the main or backup source of alternating single-phase electric current of voltage 230 V and frequency 50 Hz for power supply of small enterprises, warehouses, shops, mini-hotels, country houses and cottages.

Starting and stopping the power plant in the first degree of automation are carried out in manual mode.

The use of a large-capacity multi-cylinder engine with radiator cooling and a speed of 1,500 rpm distinguishes it from household electric generators equipped with high-speed single-cylinder small-displacement air-cooled engines.

This model is an industrial diesel power plant designed for continuous operation.
