Special trailer of ShAO model 8331, hereinafter referred to as the "trailer", is designed for operation with wheeled tractors of classes 0.9-3.0 having a towing device according to GOST 3481-79, attachments for attaching the chassis and the technical characteristics of which towing trailers is allowed .

It is allowed to operate the trailer at a speed of no more than 25 km / h by other motor vehicles having a towing device according to GOST 3481-79, attachments for attaching the chassis and the technical characteristics of which towing trailers is allowed. In this case, the total mass of the trailer should not exceed 65% of the mass of the tractor in running order, for which the trailer is designed.

The chassis is made in the climatic modification U1 and is designed for operation in the field at an ambient temperature of minus 40ºС to plus 45ºС and relative humidity not more than 80% at 20ºС.
