Mix coated fiber heat-Insulating SOVT-600

Description

Fibrous coating thermal insulation mixture of SOVT-600 grades with a density after heat treatment of 600 kg / m3 is intended:

• for protection against the effects of high temperatures of metal and reinforced concrete building structures, air ducts and smoke exhaust channels, boilers, turbines, heat exchange equipment of thermal and nuclear power plants;
• coating and repair of the lining of heating and steelmaking units.

Limit deviations in chemical composition and density of the mixture are agreed by the Customer with the Manufacturer.

Delivery is carried out in 40 kg paper bags packed in a big bag. The weight of one transport place is 560 kg.

Maximum application temperature: SOVT-600: 1300 ° C

Density after heat treatment at 100 ° C: SOVT-600: 600 kg / m3

Strength after heat treatment at 100 ° C: 0.4-3 MPa

Thermal conductivity at 20 ° C: 0.09-0.16 W / mK

Thermal conductivity at 600 ° C: 0.16-0.26 W / mK
