描述:
We offer for consideration a field in Russia, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, sale with acquisition of a 100% stake in an open oil field, ready for construction, with significant further prospects for the development of the project. The licensed area from a foreign company includes an discovered oil field with reserves and resources in the amount of 25-50 million barrels of oil. The state permission was received to start the development. Significant volumes of low risk oil and gas resources amount to over 700 million barrels of oil and 4 trillion cubic feet of gas. The field, adjacent to the huge gas condensate fields developed by Shell and Gazprom, presents an attractive investment opportunity. A long-term field located in one of the largest oil and gas producing regions. The license was issued in 2001 for a period of 25 years, the field received the status of an industrial field, the license validity period can be extended after 2026. Today, SGI fulfills its license obligations. The region has a long and well-developed gas export infrastructure that runs through the block. The main gas pipelines Yamburg-Tula-II, Yamburg-Yelets-I and Yamburg-Yelets-II run through the northeastern part of the block. Gas pipelines Progress (Yamburg - western border) and Urengoy - Center I pass through the southeastern part of the block. The nearest central gas treatment facility is located 18.5 km from the Site. The prospects for the development of the field are becoming more attractive given the development of infrastructure and the liberalization of oil and gas markets. Large-scale projects for the development of new infrastructure, such as the construction of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, which will connect fields in Western Siberia with consumers in Western Europe.
