Check valves BA 44002 are a new type of high-performance valves, developed on the basis of our own experience and advanced developments of foreign companies.
概观:

This product combines the advantages of both a triple eccentric butterfly valve and a conventional check valve. The valve is designed to be installed at the outlet of a pump or pipeline for supplying or removing media such as water, steam, oil or gas in order to prevent backflow or water hammer during normal pump operation or in case of pump failure. The valve's special feature is smooth closing, which is not available with conventional check valves or lift check valves.

Properties and benefits.

  1. The large disc size and triple eccentric valve design provide very low flow resistance.

  2. The damping device ensures that the disc closes slowly in the last 5 ° of travel and prevents damage to the seal. This allows the disc to open and close freely, which significantly reduces the amount of applied force (flow energy) and increases the valve's life characteristics.

  3. An angled seal in the body reduces disc travel, shortens open-close times, and provides water hammer protection.

  4. The flow path of the valve is 40% larger than the pipeline diameter. When the medium passes through the disc, the pressure drop is almost completely eliminated. The swash plate valve saves energy and provides ultra-low head loss performance compared to other check valves.

  5. Possibility of both horizontal and vertical installation on the pipeline.

  6. High performance of the valve is ensured by 4 factors:

a) The angle of the seal in the housing ensures optimum sealing properties.

b) Self-aligning disc that selects the optimal position in the seal when closing.

c) The offset pivot axis of the disc reduces disc-to-seat contact during closing and therefore reduces seal wear.

d) The hydrodynamic design of the disc allows it to rise and stabilize its position in both high and low flow conditions. The increased service life is the result of excellent wear resistance thanks to the stabilization and lifting of the disc.

Design features.

  1. The check valve consists of a body, a disc, a shaft, a seal and a damping device.

  2. The body is divided into two parts. Body flanged connector, disc, and packing are angled relative to the pipe axis.

  3. The sealing surface of the valve is a part of an inclined cone, as a result, the flow area of the valve has acquired the shape of an ellipse.

  4. The valve disc is streamlined to improve the hydraulic performance of the valve.

  5. Two self-lubricating shaft sections ensure disk rotation with minimal frictional losses.

  6. The damping device consists of an oil accumulator, a spring, a damping rod, a piston and a needle valve. The damping rod allows the disc to close slowly, smoothly, without jolting or noise in the final phase.

Installation position:
