Description of the compressor unit

The compressor unit is designed to compress atmospheric air to a pressure of 350 bar. The compressor unit has a three-stage compression scheme with three pistons. The air cooling between the steps during operation is provided by stainless steel spiral heat exchangers and a fan combined with a drive flywheel. The material of the heat exchangers provides high reliability, high-quality heat transfer and excellent corrosion resistance. The fan is made of lightweight aluminum alloy and dynamically balanced.

The compressor oil system provides lubrication of especially loaded units of the unit with oil under pressure, has a two-stage filtration (fine filter and magnetic filter), which significantly increases the life of the compressor unit.
