ASD-1Sh-500-YaSU500-U2, ASD-2Sh-500/500-YaSu500-U2

Auxiliary brake - electromagnetic type UTG-1450

The source of power and distribution of electricity with a voltage of 380/220 V. AC, are two diesel-electric units of the type AD-100C-T400 and AD-200C-T400-1R with a capacity of 100 kW each.

- All the equipment being installed has a technological connection and is delivered to the customer with full or partial factory assembly (depending on the subsequent transportation of the drilling rig).

- Shelters are used to protect service personnel and equipment from impacts and, at the request of the customer, a heating system.

- 1M means the modernization of the control unit since 2010. Prior to the modernization of the drilling rig, the synchronization of the power drives was carried out almost manually by adjusting the levers and cables. Now, thanks to the microprocessor control system of the ESDPA based on the ID DCU Marine controller (ComAp, Czech Republic), the rig operator can simply press the start button: synchronization and load balancing are automatic. Such automation greatly simplifies the work of technical personnel, increases the reliability of the installation and increases the life of the engines.
