Mud Pump NB-32 Spare Parts

NB-32, NB-50 are two-cylinder piston pumps of various power with a gear reducer. They consist of two main modules - the drive unit and the hydraulic unit mounted on one frame.

The presented pumps have a pneumatic compensator in the discharge system, which helps to reduce the unevenness of the fluid supply at the pump outlet.

Pumps of this class are very often used in the food and chemical industries, as well as in the construction industry for pumping non-aggressive liquids.

NB-32 pump device

The used NB-32 mud pump drive unit is responsible for the function of lowering the speed and converting rotational motion to reciprocating.

It includes the following components:

• bed
• crank mechanism
• gear

The cast-iron frame, which is the basis for the NB-32 pump drive unit, has guiding parallels for crossheads, bore holes for bearings of the eccentric and transmission shafts, as well as a special housing for the oil bath.
The oil poured into the crankcase of the bed is used to lubricate the kinematic pairs of the drive unit, and its level is controlled using an oil indicator.

The crank mechanism consists of an eccentric shaft, on the bearings of which the connecting rods are mounted. The connecting rod, in turn, is connected to the crosshead body using a bronze bushing and a finger. Crossheads move in interchangeable pads fixed in the bed. To care for crossheads in the housing, there are side windows that are closed when the pump is working with covers.

In order to prevent flushing fluid from entering the pump drive unit, a gland housing with a rubber ring and a disk reflector are provided in the design.

To create fluid pressure with moving pistons and pump it into the well, a hydraulic block is used, consisting of a cylinder block with studs, an intake manifold, replaceable pistons and piston rods.

A spherical compensator is installed on the hydraulic unit, designed to reduce the degree of unevenness of the liquid pressure at the pump outlet, as well as a three-way valve, which has the function of locking the discharge pipe and bypassing the flushing liquid into the receiving tank.

As a protective device that protects the NB-32 pump from damage if the permissible pressure is exceeded in this mode, a safety valve is used.
