Mobile Drilling Rigs

Mobile drilling rigs are characterized by high mobility (the base of the drilling rig is a semi-trailer or self-propelled chassis) and are designed for drilling and repairing oil and gas wells at depths from 2000 to 4000 meters.

Drilling rigs are equipped to operate under difficult operating conditions in the Far North. Each installation is equipped with a top power drive and anti-ship missiles, pumping units and cleaning systems, a reinforced rotor base and associated metal structures, heating systems.

Telemetry tracking

Telemetry equipment with a hydraulic communication channel with a diameter of 89 mm and 120 mm is used for drilling sidetracks. For drilling sidetracks with horizontal endings, at the request of the Customer, additional gamma-ray logging modules are used.

VZD, clear, bit service

High drilling efficiency is achieved through the competent calculation of the hydraulic drilling program. Only with an integrated approach to selecting the technical characteristics of the IDP and bit it is possible to ensure a high mechanical drilling speed. Therefore, we provide the widest range of sizes and configurations of equipment available in the industry.

Tooling, lowering and securing shanks

Our company has practical experience in implementing a comprehensive technology for attaching shanks. An effective buffer complex has been introduced at present, including a low-viscosity detergent composition based on the developed complex reagent. Its effectiveness is higher than previously used by both foreign and Russian counterparts in the deposits of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Komi.

In order to eliminate possible complications and accidents during the descent and fastening of the shanks, the tooling of the OTsX-M 102/120 (114/140) shank was developed and introduced, which has a number of advantages compared to traditional technological tooling schemes:

• Low cost;
• Ease of assembly and use;
• Reliability;
• The possibility of intensive pacing of the shank in the cementing process and after receiving "STOP";
• The ability to carry out work without a cementing head (through the lead pipe), which, in turn, does not require fitting the shank to a predetermined depth;

Currently, new technological equipment with packer devices is being developed.

Our company also widely uses tooling of such manufacturers as ZAO OKB Zenit and TOP-CO. The equipment sets of these manufacturers allow us to solve all the tasks set by the Customer.

Cutting technological "windows" in casing strings.

An important task in the construction of sidetracks is the cutting of "windows" in the casing strings for subsequent drilling of the wellbore. In this direction, our company focuses on proven and well-proven equipment manufactured by INCOS LLC. The equipment of this manufacturer allows cutting “windows” in columns with a diameter of 245-146 mm with the installation of a deflector wedge on a cement bridge or without support on the face.
