Repair, Restoration AND Modernization OF METAL-Processing Equipment

Many types of equipment (carousel, boring, etc.) practically do not wear out during operation, so minimal investments will be required for modernization.

The company NPF Dyukon, in partnership with the company LLC Ryazan Engineering Plant, has the opportunity to perform a wide range of services for the manufacture, repair and modernization of popular metalworking equipment, the priority is the machines of the Ryazan Machine Tool Plant, Kramatorsk Heavy Machine Tool Plant.

The list of work performed:

• Overhaul and modernization of machines for turning bandages of wheel sets of rolling stock of railway vehicles with rolling out wheel sets and without rolling out, and other machines for the needs of Russian Railways.
• Renovations of special deep drilling machines for machining parts including from high alloy steels.
• Overhaul of universal metalworking equipment: turning, pipe-cutting, milling, drilling, boring, deep-drilling groups of machines.
• Metalworking on our own equipment, including production of spare parts for machines, welded products with subsequent processing.
• Implementation of spare parts for machines: screw-nut, ball screw, lunettes, knots, accordions, cable chains and more: vortex heads for cutting worms (external threads), drill heads with autonomous electromechanical rotation modes.

To solve the above and other problems, we (our partner) have the necessary human resources, including a design office (development of design documentation for the mechanical, hydraulic, electrical parts of machines).
