The MU-2 flapper control mechanism (side) is designed to open flapper covers with a nominal bore of DN 400/600 and fix them in the open position in vertical cylindrical tanks for petroleum products at oil depots and gas stations.

The MU-2 control mechanisms are mounted on the side wall of the tank above the receiving and dispensing pipe and the clapper.

In terms of resistance to the impact of climatic factors of the external environment, control mechanisms are manufactured in U and UHL design, placement category 1 according to GOST 15150-69.
