Type: Centrifugal pumps, horizontal, spiral type with double-entry impellers.

Purpose: used in heating networks for pumping water with a temperature of up to 180 ⁰ C, containing solid particles no larger than 0.2 mm at a concentration of no more than 5 mg/liter.

Design: SE network pumps are centrifugal, horizontal, spiral with a horizontally split casing, single- and two-stage with transfer pipes with double-entry impellers. The rotor supports are external rolling bearings with crankcase lubrication. The shaft seals are mechanical with gland packing with a supply of cooling and locking liquid (-C), interchangeable with mechanical end seals (-T).

Materials:

bodies, covers – grey cast iron castings;

impeller – casting from chrome steel 20X13L;

gap seal parts - non-seize corrosion-resistant alloys;

shaft – rolled products made of structural alloy steel 40X.

Single-stage network pumps: SE 500-70-16, SE 800-55-11, SE 1250-70-11, SE 2500-180-10.
