Piston Compressor K1

The K1/10 mobile piston compressor is based on the C412M piston compressor head, which is highly reliable and is manufactured at our own foundry. The K1/10 compressor is equipped with a belt drive, the 2.2 kW engine operates from a three-phase 380 V network. The maximum operating pressure is 10 atm, the capacity is 360 l/min. At the outlet, the compressor capacity is 275 l/min. The compressor is equipped with a belt drive and has a more favorable cost in comparison with similar models with a different type of drive. The belt drive is installed on compressors with a capacity of 7.5 to 45 kW, it smooths out the compressor start-up by stretching the belts and is reliable at low and medium engine powers. The use of a belt drive simplifies the operation process, maintenance can be carried out independently, without the involvement of third-party specialists. The K1/10 piston compressor is assembled on a receiver with a working volume of 100 liters. Pressure control is provided by relays from leading global manufacturers, tested at the factory by long-term resource tests. The dimensions of the unit are 110 x 62 x 100 cm, weight 110 kg.
