Semi-gantry cranes KPK

The KPK single-girder semi-gantry crane with an overhead monorail cargo trolley is manufactured by our company according to TU-3155-011-87879481-2015 in accordance with the technical regulations of the Customs Union 010/2011 "On the safety of machinery and equipment" with a lifting capacity of up to 16.0 tons and a span length of up to 32.0 meters. The KPK double-girder semi-gantry crane with a lifting capacity of up to 100.0 tons is manufactured according to TU 28.22.14-019-87879481-2023. Travel drive type: electric. The design of the semi-gantry electric crane is, as a rule, a cantileverless crane bridge, resting on one side on a support column installed on the rail track, on the other side connected to the end beam moving along the wall-mounted crane track. This type of crane does not require the manufacture of overpasses, it can be used both independently and in parallel or at different heights with an overhead crane. KPK semi-gantry cranes can be used both outdoors (placement category U1 and U2) and indoors (placement category U3) at an ambient temperature from -20°C to +40°C (from -40°C upon request). The crane operating mode group according to ISO 4301/1 is A4 and A5. Cranes with a different operating mode can be manufactured upon prior request.
