Single-span Overhead Travelling cranes

Single-span overhead travelling cranes are used indoors, at docks and terminals for loading and unloading operations. The presence of side consoles allows to increase the service area, thereby increasing the efficiency of using the premises’ space. Single-span overhead travelling cranes can be located indoors: U3 — work indoors with natural ventilation; U4 — work indoors with artificial ventilation; In open spaces: U1 — work outdoors; U2 — work under a canopy with free air access at a temperature of -40/+40 ℃. Operating mode of single-span overhead travelling cranes according to GOST-25546-82: 3K — light duty; 5K — medium duty; 7K — heavy duty. Design of single-span overhead travelling cranes: OPI — general industrial design; PBI — fire-safe design; Manual or electric hoists of Bulgarian, German or Russian manufacture can be used as a lifting mechanism. Single-span overhead travelling cranes manufactured at the Gertek Crane Plant are produced according to TU 3157-003-38716994-2013. The lifting capacity of a single-span overhead travelling crane is 1.0 ton, 2.0 ton, 3.2 ton, 4.0 ton, 5.0 ton, 6.3 ton, 8.0 ton, 10.0 ton, crane span up to 28.5 meters. The lifting capacity of a single-span overhead travelling crane is 12.5 ton, 16.5 ton, crane span up to 22.0 meters. The lifting capacity of the single-span overhead travelling crane is 20.0 tons, the crane span is 22.0 meters. Single-span overhead travelling cranes are certified according to TR CU (Technical Regulations of the Customs Union) TR CU 010/2011 "On the safety of machinery and equipment".
