Spill Arrester Reagent for Controlling the flash point of oil when Killing wells

OPN is a viscous liquid with a density of 0.97-1.0 g / cm³, based on produced hydrocarbon raw materials and products of its processing, containing carboxylic acids and, if necessary, an addition of phosphoric acid ester.

Reagent arrester is supplied in barrels of 200 liters.

Application

When using commercial oil in technological operations, the most important should be the prevention of the formation of explosive vapor-air mixtures, which, in case of accidental contact with the ignition source, ignite and cause flame burning.

OPN is used to increase fire and explosion safety of hydrocarbon kill fluids for oil and gas wells.

The input of the OPN phlegmatizer reagent is carried out at the loading point of salable oil, at the mud unit or directly at the well. Prior to the preparation of an inert liquid, the laboratory determines the quantitative ratio of specific materials and the arrester reagent to obtain the required parameters and properties of the solution.
