The VITYAZ OPTIMA type 1a insulating suit (closed type, encapsulated, with the breathing apparatus located under the suit) is designed to protect rescuers of professional and non-staff gas rescue services and formations when performing gas rescue operations at hazardous industrial facilities under conditions of exposure to the gaseous phase of chlorine, ammonia, nitrogen oxides, hydrazine derivatives, amines and other hazardous chemical substances, as well as concentrated mineral acids (sulfuric, nitric) and other aggressive chemicals. The VITYAZ OPTIMA type 1a insulating suit is made of double-sided rubberized fabric (serial material TSB-O, Imera), the seams of which are treated with a sealant on the outside and glued with tape on the inside.

The VITYAZ OPTIMA type 1a insulating suit meets the requirements of GOST R ISO 16602-2010, EN 943-1:2002 and corresponds to protection class 3-5.
The suits are available in three standard sizes and are supplied with spare parts, a passport and a certificate of conformity.
