STPs are dead-end transformer substations of a pole-mounted type, fully factory-ready, with one power transformer and are intended for receiving, converting and distributing three-phase alternating current electric energy with a frequency of 50 Hz in systems with an isolated neutral on the 6(10) kV side and a solidly earthed neutral on the 0.4 kV side.
