Program FOR Calculating WELL Hydrodynamic Parameters Mlhydraulics

The MLHydraulics program is designed to determine the hydrodynamic parameters in the well during drilling, flushing and tripping operations. The MLHydraulics program allows you to determine: • the nature of the drilling fluid flow; • pressure losses in the presence of drilling fluid circulation; • swabbing/pistoning pressure during tripping operations; • circulation time; • time of exit of the bottomhole pack of gas, solution, cuttings; • fluid flow regime; • hydrodynamic pressure on the formation; • maximum allowable flow rate of drilling fluid at which hydraulic fracturing of the formation occurs; • optimal pump performance under the condition of normal cleaning of the borehole from the selected rock; • compliance of the actual density of the drilling fluid with the required values; • the rate of flow of the solution from the bit nozzles; • optimization of hydrodynamic parameters in order to create maximum power on the bit, maximum hydrodynamic impulse of force on the bottomhole and maximum use of technical parameters of the pumps; • generation of a report (hydraulic report) in tabular and graphical form by exporting data to a Microsoft Office Excel file; • bilingual user interface in Russian and English.
