REMSTANKOMASH has its own foundry producing steel case castings with a maximum weight of up to 2000 kg. The technology used is casting on gasified models (Lost-Foam) in evacuated forms. The molding and casting in evacuated flask allows castings to be obtained with excellent surface quality, minimum tolerances. The configuration of castings produced by the enterprise is diverse - both standard parts and unique products of high complexity are produced here.

At present, the company manufactures hull products with a steel grade of 35 KhML, a corrosion-resistant alloy for hull products of blowout control equipment. LLC "REMSTANKOMASH" has a licensed workplace "Foundry Technologist", the software of which allows, by reducing the time for preparation of production and the introduction of new products, to ensure a high level of design and development of the optimal and most economical technology for the manufacture of steel castings. The design department is equipped with programs that allow calculating the strength of workpieces and steel castings.
