描述:
The main purpose of metal structures for power transmission lines and overhead power lines is to provide consumers with uninterrupted energy supply, thanks to the safe passage of wires without the threat of short circuits or breaks.
概观:

Types of supports by the method of fastening to the foundation

  • free-standing;
  • guyed supports.

There is a wide range of tower shapes, sizes and designs, which typically use an open lattice structure. They are typically very tall, ranging from 15 to 55 meters in height, with crossbars up to 30 meters long. Unlike reinforced concrete structures, steel supports are strong and lightweight.

To secure wires to supports, two types of clamps are used: supporting and tensioning.

Categories of transmission line supports depending on the method of wire suspension

  1. intermediate
  2. anchor.

Types of supports according to the functions performed

  • suspension (an intermediate support used exclusively to support wires);
  • terminal (anchor end support, as the name suggests, is installed at the beginning and end of the power transmission line, and is capable of withstanding a one-way tension load);
  • corner support (such supports can be either intermediate or anchor, and are used to change the direction of power transmission lines);
  • transposition (used on lines to make the capacity and inductance of the three phases of the circuit the same and to change the order of the wires on the supports, most often this is also an anchor support).

Some line supports can combine these basic functions.

The towers are designed to carry three (or multiples of three) conductors and are made of steel lattices or trusses. Glass or porcelain insulators are used, assembled into long rods, the length of which depends on the line voltage and environmental conditions.

High and extra high voltage pylons are designed to support two or more electrical circuits.

Auxiliary metal structures

Metal structures for power transmission lines and overhead power lines also include devices used during installation of power transmission lines:

  1. Crossbars (used to conduct and secure wires). Their design depends on the estimated load, type of power line, type of support. The parts are covered with a protective coating (anti-corrosion paints or galvanizing).
  2. Headbands (designed for mounting wires on all types of supports). Usually made of carbon steel, which is also coated with a special paint or galvanized to protect against corrosion.
  3. Brackets (also a supporting part). Used to fasten the disconnector wires.
  4. Fastening units are used when installing supports.
  5. Vibration dampers (prevent vibration of wires under voltage).
  6. Grounding conductors.

Traverses

The main requirement for a crossarm is to hold the power line wires at a safe distance. At the same time, it must be strong enough to hold not only the weight of the wires, but also the enormous loads that occur when the wires are swayed by the wind. For this purpose, crossarms are made of high-strength steel.

In addition, this equipment is in most cases installed outdoors and, accordingly, is subject to weather conditions. Therefore, the crossbars, as well as their fastening means, must be reliably protected from corrosion by means of enamel.

The metal construction plant produces a wide range of crossbars for power transmission lines and related equipment.

Product range

  • TM traverses;
  • TN crossbars;
  • brackets;
  • lighting poles;
  • exhaust gas caps;
  • ties;
  • guy wires;
  • brackets U, KS, PA, R, P, KM;
  • X clamps;
  • grounding conductor;
  • TS extensions.

All products in this category are manufactured according to albums and series in compliance with all OST and GOST requirements.

The metalworking plant produces high-quality LEP crossbars for insulated and non-insulated wires of round, rectangular and polygonal cross-section. Each product undergoes testing by the quality control service, which completely eliminates the possibility of defective products.

TM crossbars are used to fasten cables, disconnectors, insulators, ropes or wires on power lines. A clamp acts as a fastener here. The design of the TM crossbar can be of various configurations.

TN crossarms are used to install supporting and tension clamps, as well as anchor clamps on LEP supports. TN crossarms are also used to fasten uninsulated wires to the rack.

We produce crossbars of various sizes and number of fasteners for wires. Clamps for fastening crossbars must be ordered separately, since their dimensions depend on the thickness of the support.

In order to secure the intersections of power lines with various engineering structures, guy lines and extensions are used.

Features of manufacturing traverses

Only high-quality raw materials are used to manufacture crossbars and related parts. Welding of elements occurs in a protective environment. The finished crossbar is covered with a protective layer of galvanization, the thickness of which is not less than 35 microns.

In addition, before galvanizing, the crossbar is tested. For this purpose, a load is placed on it that is 10% greater than the permissible load indicated in the marking. The design of the crossbars we produce, as expected, does not allow moisture accumulation.

The metal construction plant produces all types of available range of traverses. Our company can also additionally treat the surface of manufactured traverses with an anti-corrosion coating:

  • hot zinc;
  • polyester powder coating;
  • other paint and varnish coating.

Types of produced traverses

No. Types Usage
1 Traverse TN 1 They are intended for fastening 3 non-insulated wires to a reinforced concrete post.
2 Traverse TN 001 Used for installing supporting and tensioning clamps in intermediate corner supports of lines with insulated wires.
3 Traverse TN 002 Used for installing 2 anchor tension clamps in corner anchor intermediate supports of lines with wires.
4 Traverse TN 15 Designed to secure one uninsulated wire.

Heads

Heads are a metal element that is made of carbon steel and is intended for various building structures.

The heads produced by our plant are necessarily protected from corrosion processes by using galvanizing or painting, depending on the customer’s wishes.

It should also be noted that all products we manufacture undergo rigorous quality control and compliance with technical and operating standards.
