The hydraulic wrench GKSh-7300B "Batyr" is designed for fast, safe, accurate screwing and unscrewing of drill and pump-compressor pipes with external diameters from Ø89 mm (3 1/2") to Ø219 mm (8 5/8"), with a maximum torque of up to 70560 N * m (7200 kgf * m). Climatic version UHL1 according to GOST 15150-69, ambient air temperature during operation from -45 ° C to + 50 ° C. Features: A two-speed hydraulic motor and a mechanical gearbox allow you to get four different torque ranges at the same working fluid pressures from 0 to 200 bar. The wrench is reversible and there is no need to reinstall the jaws in the screwing or unscrewing position. The hydraulically driven valve opens vertically, allowing the hydraulic wrench to be used in a smaller working area. The wrench is equipped with a hydraulic lock, which prevents the rotor from rotating when the valve is open. This increases safety when changing jaws to the next pipe grip range. Particular attention should be paid to the attachment point of the delay wrench to the main wrench. A two-point attachment equidistant from the pipe center with a balancing torsion prevents radial forces from appearing on the thread. This arrangement allows the pipes to be screwed together with a “clean” torque without additional friction appearing in the threaded connection.
