Hydraulic wrench GKSH-5000GZ

The GKSh-5000GZ hydraulic wrench is designed for fast, safe and precise screwing and unscrewing of casing pipes. The hydraulic wrench covers pipes with outside diameters from Ø102 mm (4") to Ø508 mm (20"), the hydraulic locking device covers pipes with outside diameters from Ø102 mm (4") to Ø451 mm (17 3/4"). Climatic version UHL1 according to GOST 15150-69, ambient air temperature during operation from -45°С to +50°С. Features This hydraulic wrench is the next step in the development of the GKSh-5000 wrench. To ensure the operability of the wrench with a higher torque, reinforced jaws were used. A two-section hydraulic motor and a mechanical gearbox make it possible to obtain four different torque ranges at the same working fluid pressures from 0 to 190 bar. The jaws cover the entire circumference, eliminating the possibility of crushing thin-walled pipes.
