The fire-protective composition "EXPERT FIRE-K" is a complex system consisting of a mixture of heat-resistant, gas-forming fillers with inorganic additives on an acrylic binder, the fire-protective efficiency of which is based on the combined interaction of a dense heat-insulating layer formed on the metal surface, provided by a high concentration of a hollow mineral component, and an endothermic chemical reaction leading to a restraint in the growth of the metal surface temperature.
