Description:
A thread sealant designed to improve the tightness of threaded connections of casing and tubing pipes, as well as drill strings subjected to repeated tightening, heavy loads and high pressures.
Overview:
LubCore guarantees threaded connection sealing at liquid and gas pressures up to 700 kg/cm², reduces thread wear, and prevents threaded connection seizure, thereby increasing the number of pipe connections before they are discarded. The presence of antifriction additives in the lubricant reduces friction during pipe connection.
Maintains functionality at temperatures from -60°C to +500°C. Contains copper powder as a filler.
LubCore thread compound is fully compliant with API Bulletin 5A-3 and ISO13678:2010.
