NOVOMET produces a wide range of asynchronous electric motors in six standard sizes: 96, 103, 117, 130, 143, and 185 mm. Each size offers 7 to 28 modifications, with power ratings ranging from 8 to 650 kW. This diversity allows you to select the most efficient motor-pump pair, ensuring maximum system efficiency.
Structurally, the motor consists of a stationary stator, a rotating rotor, a head with a current lead, and a base. The unit is filled with oil. The upper part (head) houses the current lead block and a thrust bearing that supports the axial loads from the rotor's weight. The lower part (base) is equipped with an oil filter. The head and base are sealed to the stator housing using threads.
Electric motors are equipped with a submersible unit for monitoring the installation parameters, manufactured by various companies, including TMS-Novomet.
Depending on the design, various options are available: for example, with a tubular cooler (for operation at ambient temperatures up to 200 °C) or with a double-sided shaft outlet (for inverted-type installations or connection of a submersible separator of mechanical impurities).
